Hi, I’m Suhasini, a self-taught abstract artist based in Barcelona.

I started painting as a way to navigate postpartum blues, never imagining it would become my language of self-expression. Over time, art became my way of listening to my inner voice, of letting go of perfection and embracing spontaneity.

My inspiration comes from memories, emotions, and the quiet beauty hidden in everyday life, like childhood walks in the rain, the warmth of festive colors, or the grace found in imperfections. To me, the cracks, textures, and weathered surfaces we encounter in life carry stories worth celebrating.

Working primarily with acrylics, I often mix in pigments, collage elements, and other materials to build rich layers of texture and depth. These mixed-media explorations allow me to translate emotions into form - blending color, texture, and intuition into a visual rhythm.

Through textured layers and abstract forms, I create works that invite reflection and connection. Each painting is not just my story, it’s a space where viewers can discover their own memories and emotions.
